Decolonising wellness with
Integrate Liberate
A training programme devoted to dismantling internalised coloniality. Join the conscious rebellion.
About the Programme
A Conscious Rebellion...
We are Integrate Liberate: a space dedicated to socially & politically engaged liberatory work. We believe the wellness industry & mentality is overridden by colonial, capitalist, and patriarchal power structures, which perpetuate an individualistic and Eurocentric narrative of wellbeing. This training programme provides a container for the active unlearning of & resistance against colonial legacies & limitations. Through embodied self-inquiry, reflective practice, and group dialogue, you will be guided through an integration of evidence-based knowledge with lived experience & emotion. Within the compassionate holding of community care, we will explore what it takes to build an equitable & inclusive practice, rooting self liberation within the anti-oppression agenda. Join us on this introspective, interactive & integrative journey toward collective liberation.

Your facilitators on this programme
Hello, we are Charlotte and Hana. Through our lived experience and work in the Yoga and Wellness Industry, we have each witnessed and encountered the colonial harm propagated through cultural appropriation, erasure of lineage, and the commodification of non-Western traditions.
Amidst the emergence of decolonial literature and discourse, what seems to be lacking is a sustainable and integrative approach to compassionate self inquiry and community learning.
While many of us express a desire to practice more responsibly, there simply aren’t enough spaces to engage with this deep work.
Our programme directly addresses this gap by offering holistic and critically engaged education, cultivating a brave space for deeper learning, accountability, and transformation.

Charlotte Isadora Fong-Clarke
she/her
Founder, Director, Yoga Teacher & Menstruality Facilitator
Charlotte is a sociologist, a yoga teacher, and a menstruality mentor. Her work is grounded in lived experience as a mixed (Malaysian-Chinese/English) queer woman of colour. Through a Masters in social & cultural theory, she deepened into the project of intellectual decolonising for ecological justice & social liberation. This liberatory agenda is embodied in her Yoga practice and space-holding. Drawing from a background in theatre and dance, creative play and movement expression greatly informs her facilitation and continues to be a huge resource for her own process. An apprentice with The Red School, Charlotte facilitates the work of Menstruality which seeks to educate & empower menstrual cycle awareness (MCA) as a means of self inquiry & self compassion. This fundamentally anti-colonial work emphasises the authority of cyclical wisdom and emotional & experiential intelligence, working with womb bearers to reclaim & re-centre connection to our wombs & menstrual cycles. Her practice centres the unpacking & unlearning of colonial capitalist patriarchal conditioning, towards cultivating anti-oppressive & cyclical ways of being & knowing.
